We adhere to the latest Code of Conduct of KEFEA, which is the local body of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA). Everyone at C.G.Papaloisou is required to be aware of, and conduct their activities in accordance with the codes and all the laws and regulations of Cyprus.
Patient safety is of paramount importance to us. During any product-related activities to Healthcare Professionals, we ensure that they have access to the latest product information. This allows them to assess both efficacy and safety when prescribing our products.
The continued safety monitoring of medicines after their launch is an essential part of our responsibility to patients. We have in place a pharmacovigilance system which adheres to the Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) to ensure the appropriate and timely handling of all adverse events reported by healthcare professionals and others. All C.G. Papaloisou personnel are annually trained in the relevant procedures to reinforce their role in making medicines safer.
Additionally, the storage and distribution of our products is handled by Marathon Distributors, which employs Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in order to safeguard their quality.

From an environmental perspective, we participate in the Green Dot and Medicycle collective systems for the reclamation and recycling of packaging materials and for the proper disposal of obsolete pharmaceutical products. We make every effort to minimise office and warehouse waste, including paper, plastic and electronic equipment, and channel such waste through appropriate recycling and disposal processes. Also, our offices and warehouse were designed and built with energy efficiency as a high priority.
