C.G. Papaloisou moves to new premises

In June we moved to new purpose-built premises in the Latsia industrial area, on the outskirts of Nicosia. The property also houses our associate company Marathon Distributors, the largest pharmaceutical wholesaler in Cyprus.

The building was designed and built with functionality and energy efficiency as primary considerations and has a total area of 5650 m2. The Marathon Distributors warehouse covers 2000 m2 of fully airconditioned space on the ground floor and a further 600 m2 in the mezzanine. There are 750 m2 of office space on the 1st floor. Building services are located in the basement where there is also parking space for 40 cars.
